Event Theming

Themes are the creative packages in which we wrap each event, often using the event as one building block of an overall program theme that weaves a story through a series of days. Every element, from the style of the invitations or menus, to the genre of entertainment selected, contributes to the overall experience. Each element is chosen to evoke the atmosphere envisioned by our clients, and ultimately to create memorable moments for your guests.

Décor

Décor is the sum of the tangible elements in the environment we create, where we combine what exists and what is enhanced with the details we bring. We consider each element of the venue to start, developing each detail, from exploring the rigging points available to stage location, walls to floor, pillars to furnishings, determining what is enhanced, what is hidden, and the evocative elements we can build into the experience. We listen to our clients to ensure everything from the first greeting to the last detail, from place settings to periphery décor, reinforces your message, reflects your style and works to your budget.

Weaving entertainment through a meeting or event adds a sensory layering that enhances the guest experience, providing moments of delight or hours of pleasure. We have cultivated relationships with both local and international acts, and will work with you to build programming that makes sense. Whether your event calls out for name act rock bands, talented up-and-comers, opera-singing waiters, or harmonious string quartets, or you choose to give your events an unexpected flair with roving magicians, engaging tarot card readers, fire - limbo dancers, or amusing caricature artists, we have a diverse range to choose from. Our roster of industry stars includes big names in music and comedy, as well as local acts that incorporate unique cultural elements.
